Here are five things we are doing and loving this week to inspire you.
Tater Tot and I went over to the Mission to enjoy some warmer weather, yummy pastries, and explore Dolores Park playground. The morning buns at Tartine are too good, it is a good thing we don’t live closer otherwise I would gain 20lbs.
I ran across this little flock of goslings at Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park on my morning run. I have been loving all the baby geese and chicks in the city, we have seen them crossing the road (in the crosswalk, believe it or not) on Park Presidio (think major 6 lane road), at the zoo, and in Golden Gate Park. So cute!
I cruised through the Monet Exhibit at the Legion of Honor with a friend this week. It was a great show. If you haven’t gone already, go check it out before it leaves. May 29th is the last day.
As a stay at home mom, I end up with a lot of pockets of time..15 minutes here..20 minutes there, where I am out and about, but am in the wrong location to get done anything on my to do list. Most of the time, I don’t have enough time to do anything interesting, but occasionally I can actually do something more meaningful. This week, I had an unexpected hour of dead time between meetings, so did a quick run through the Corte Madera Wetlands…it is a great 3 mile run, right behind the village at corte madera. It was a great way to start my week.
The weather is supposed to finally warm up this weekend, I am so looking forward to some warmer spring weather!
